Who we are

Founded in 2024 by Ryan Wands, Celtic Shield Insurance Advisors takes the mystery out of insurance. Ryan is a Texas native, born in Scotland, who grew up in Arlington. After graduating from West Texas A&M in 2019, he spent five years at one of the largest insurance firms in the country—working as a top agent, entering new markets, and training new team members.

Now based in Fort Worth, Ryan launched Celtic Shield to provide simple, personalized insurance solutions for family, friends, and the local community.
